An all-out crazy party; partying at one place with a ton of people like there’s no tomorrow. Pippins definition a BIG community CAL
Design a square based on a Fairy Tale, the top 24 will be selected and turned into a Spring Cal.
Theme: Fairy Tales
Yarn: DK/Sports/#3 Acrylic
Hook 4.5mm
Size 10” (25cm)
Finishing end count: 42 Stitches + chain 2 corners on each side
All submissions should be received by December 31st 2017

Winning squares will be tested by the admin team and put together to create an afghan. Help will be available for those would are not so tech savy J
Colors:
You can use as many of the colors in the inspiration board below. You can use any brand of yarn as long as its fits the yarn requirement above and you can substitute the colors below.
Pattern Requirements:
- Your pattern should include your name.
- Each round should be marked Round 1, 2, 3 etc
- State which color is used for each round.
- Photo’s can be helpful
- Its important that your last round should be 42 stitches per side.
- Each square should be 10” (25cm)
- State if your using UK or US terms
For those who are not professional pattern writers but still would like take part. Help will be available if your square is chosen in the top 24.
You do not need a blog or website to take part. The cal will be hosted on the Pippin Crochet Club and parts posted on the Pippin website if you do not have a website.
Full credit will be given to each designer for their square if used.
The CAL will be free to all and you must agree that it will remain free if your square is picked in the top 24
Patterns will be translated into UK, US and Dutch
CAL is not affiliated will any yarn company. No profits will be made by Pippin Poppycock.
