When working with Mandala yarn by Lion Brand, work the 1st ball from center outwards and the second ball from outside to center. This will give yo the mirror image effect.

Fpdc – Front Post Double Crochet
Bpdc – Back Post Double Crochet

Row 1 : (RS) dc in 4th chain form hook (skipped chain counts as 1st dc). dc in each chain to end. You should have an odd number of dc’s. Turn
Row 2: Ch2, fpdc around next stitch, bpdc around next. *fpdc around next, bpdc around next* Repeat to last stitch, dc in last stitch. Turn
Repeat Row 2 for pattern and texture until you come to the end of the 1st ball, join second ball and continue to end.
(Note you should start each row with a ch3 and end with a dc, Your first and last post stitch should be a fpdc)
