I’m having trouble understanding how to complete round 16. I can see where to put them but the numbers don’t seem to add up. Do stitches only go into the FPDC of rd 14? What am I missing? (Sorry!)

Only the dc’s are worked in to the ch1 spaces from round 14

Hello, I’m from Belgium and try to understand the English pattern. I zlso have some trouble with round 16. The Dc’s are worked in the spaces of round 14 and the SC of round 16 is worked in a stitch of round 15. Correct? Making it for my daughter as she starts school in a few days and they need a cushion in class (they sit on it when singing together, listen to stories told by teacher,…) thanks for your help!
