I finally got my hands on 2 balls of the new Mandala Yarn bu Lion Brand, in the Serpent colorway. I knew my project would have to be a small one as these gems are hard to come by.
At the beginning of the year I was testing out different stitches for my planned temperature blanket and I came across this beautiful stitch that creates a tactile feel and was prefect for a serpent themed scarf.
A series of fpdc and bpdc created this interwoven scaly effect. It was quick and easy and took a total of 6 hours 🙂 Full stitch and Pattern details click here A Serpents Tale
