I can tackle almost any crochet pattern but I still class myself as a beginner knitter, Knitting take time and patience with dash of determination and I am determined!
I have the basics down.. I think? My knit and purl stitches are now uniformed and I have picked up some speed along the way. I can work the garter and stockinette stitches to gauge but only when working back and forth on a simple blanket piece but never on a pattern piece. So my fellow Pippin Poppets I’m ready for the next step!

Bellissima Chunky Jumper by Stylecraft
The Bellissima Chunky Jumper is a NEW free pattern courtesy of Stylecraft Yarns with 2 alternative neck lines.
The Pattern
This cosy fall jumper uses the garter and stockinette stitch. This pattern has been designed with two necklines, a simple cast on, cast off technique suitable for beginners and an integral neckline shaping for a more advance knitter.
The Cast on Cast off Neckline is done by shaping the neck and then picking up and casting off the picked up stitches to create a continuous cast off edge.
The Integral Neckline is done using short row shaping technique.
